As I reflect on the journey of Passion F&B in 2023, my heart swells with pride and gratitude. This year has been a testament to my unwavering passion for changing the perception of Indian cuisine around the world.
The cascade of accolades speaks volumes about the dedication of our team. Tresind Studio’s impressive 2 Michelin stars, Avatara’s honored 1 star, Aamara’s prestigious Bib Gourmand, Chef Omkar winning the Young Chef of the Year, and the inclusion of Trèsind Dubai and Carnival in the esteemed Michelin Guide are milestones that fill us with joy. Our restaurants and chefs – Chef Rahul Rana and Chef Himanshu Saini – recognized with 7 awards by Gault&Millau – add to the sense of accomplishment. Chef Himanshu Saini notably climbed to the 27th position among the top 100 in the Best Chef rankings. Additionally, Tresind Studio was recognized as #11th in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants and hosted several successful culinary pop-ups in Dubai and around the world. Avatara’s relocation to Dubai Hills, honoring its Michelin star, Carnival by Tresind’s Saturday brunches, were the talk of the town, and the introduction of Revelry, an Indian tapas bar, mark proud additions to our ongoing journey.
